Can we reship damaged vials?
If a researcher receives damaged vials, they must report the issue immediately upon delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged items as proof. Once the damage is verified, we will arrange for a reshipment of the affected vials.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, American Express, and Discover. Mastercard is not accepted.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can request changes to your order before it ships. Simply email us your requested changes at support@dryptides.com. Our team typically responds within 1–2 business days, and we will adjust your order if it has not yet shipped.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, we provide tracking information once your order has been shipped. This allows researchers to monitor the real-time delivery status of their package.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@dryptides.com and send clear pictures of the item received. After verification, we will either reship the correct products or issue a refund. In most cases, we may request that the incorrect items be returned. If so, we will cover the return shipping costs to ensure a smooth resolution process.
Are your peptides for research use only?
Yes. For Research Use Only. All products sold by DRYPtides LLC are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. These products are not intended for human or animal consumption and have not been evaluated by the FDA. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase. Customers assume all responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and use of all products.
How are orders packaged?
Orders ship in plain outer packaging appropriate for laboratory reagents. Contents and storage requirements are identified on the inner packaging and packing slip.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days after your order ships via USPS. In some cases, due to circumstances outside our control such as carrier delays, delivery may take longer than 5 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How will I know my order has been confirmed?
Once we receive your payment, we will process your order within 1 to 2 hours. After your order has been processed, you will receive an automated email confirming that your order has been successfully received and is being handled.
What if I don't receive an order confirmation email?
If you have completed your payment but have not received an order confirmation email within a reasonable time, please contact us and send a screenshot of your transaction. Our finance team will verify the payment, and we will promptly process your order.
How fast do you respond to emails?
We typically respond to all emails within 1 to 2 business days.

No. DRYPtides LLC ships to addresses in the United States only.
